I'm a multivitamin/antioxid...I agree with you 100%. I'm a multivitamin/antioxidant girl myself. (Costco vitamins are cheap!) I really don't believe in all the L-this and L-that. <BR/><BR/>I feel the same way about recovery food and drinks too. I prefer real food. Maybe I'm just being cheap, but I'd rather have a banana with some peanut butter than some chalky shake.
