A Day Full of Workouts

Running way too short on time.

Just FYI -

Workout #1 - With trainer Traci. (Headed there now.)

Workout #2 - Going for brief run while clothes wash at laundromat.

Workout #3 - Trying a fitness pole dancing class tonight.

Will tell you about 1 & 3 tomorrow.
